Chicago Pet Sitting & Dog Walking

Unless otherwise notified or during busy holiday periods, all once-a-day visits will be made between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

For two visits per day, evening visits will be between 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM. ( last visit starts at 7PM)

Cat Sitting

  • 45 minute-1 hour visit depending on cat needs

  • Basic cat care visit includes feeding and changing litter, brushing and playtime-no medication/injections: $28 (maximum 2 cats)

  • Each additional cat: $2 per cat

  • Nail trimming: $10

  • Pills, injections, transdermal, fluids: $7 additional per pet, per visit

Bird Sitting

  • 30-45 minute visit depending on bird needs

  • Basic visit: $24 includes feeding changing and playing with bird in cage ( Maximum 2 birds)

  • Additional birds: $2 per bird per visit

  • Nail trimming: $10

  • Two visits per day (if bird needs to be covered at night and uncovered in morning due to night fright: $10 additional)

Dog Walking

  • 30 minute mid-day (25 minute walk with treats and playtime after the walk) $25 (maximum two dogs from the same household per walk)

  • Mid-day walks are between 11:30 AM-2:00 PM

  • (Includes treats and water refill if requested)-2 dogs per walk maximum. We do not do group walks.

  • 1 hour walk/potty break mid-day: ( 50 minute walk with treats and playtime after the walk) $35

  • (Includes treats and water refill if requested)-2 dogs per walk maximum

  • Each additional walk/potty break: $25 per walk per day

Additional Services

  • Basic brushing/combing is included in all visits at no extra charge.

  • Pills, injections, transdermal, fluids: $6 additional per pet, per visit. It is important to let us know about any medication at the time of the meet and greet.

  • At owner’s request, Purrfect Paws will water plants and pick up mail.

  • Shopping for pet supplies: $28 per hour in addition to reimbursement for supplies.

  • Same-day request for petting sitting visit/dog walking: $15 surcharge per visit

  • Overnight: $135 (overnight sitting between hours of 8:00 PM-8:00 AM)

Holiday Pet Sitting

$15 additional per day for visits/walks on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Easter

  • Memorial Day

  • Juneteenth

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Day

Cancellation without 24 hour notification (unless in case of emergency/inclement weather or family emergency) will result in payment equal to one visit.

All services are invoiced through our on-line system Time to Pet. Purrfect Paws accepts the following payment options:

  • All credit cards are processed through Time to Pet

  • PayPal

  • Zelle

  • We do not accept cash payment for services.

  • We do not accept ACH or checks for services.
